These terms apply to this website and to the marketing services Web Excel provides. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide performance marketing services, which may include advertising account setup and management on Google and Meta, creative production, audience and targeting work, conversion tracking, and reporting. The exact scope for your business is agreed in writing before we start.

Engagement and term

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we work on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in period. Either side may end the engagement by giving notice as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Giving us timely access to the advertising accounts, website, analytics and product or order data we need
• Providing accurate information about your business, products and offers
• Reviewing and approving campaigns, creatives and budgets where approval is required
• Making sure your products, services, claims and landing pages comply with applicable law and with the advertising platforms' policies

Ad spend

Advertising spend is separate from our fees. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you pay advertising platforms directly using your own payment method, and that spend is never refundable by us.

Account ownership

Your advertising accounts, pixels, tracking data and business assets remain yours. We work inside your accounts. If our engagement ends, access returns to you.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycle and payment terms are set out in your proposal or invoice. Taxes apply as required by Indian law. Late payment may result in work being paused.

Results

We work to improve the commercial performance of your advertising and we are direct with you about what we think is achievable. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your pricing, product, market demand, competition, seasonality, website performance and platform changes. We do not promise any specific sales figure, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend or other outcome, and nothing on this website should be read as such a promise.

Confidentiality

Each side agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

Intellectual property

Creatives and campaign assets we produce for you, and which you have paid for, are yours to use for your business. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, frameworks and know-how. We may reference our work in general terms in our own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party platforms

Our services depend on platforms we do not control, including Google and Meta. We are not responsible for their decisions, including account suspensions, policy changes, pricing changes, outages or ad disapprovals.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the one month immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information. You may not copy, republish or reuse it commercially without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of this website or our services means you accept the current version.
