Refund & Cancellation Policy

We work month to month with no lock-in. This page explains how cancellation and refunds work, so there are no surprises either way.

The free ad audit

The ad account audit is free and carries no obligation. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. If we do not believe we can improve your results, we will tell you at that stage.

Monthly management fees

Our management fee is billed for a service month in advance unless your proposal says otherwise. It covers the work we do during that month — campaign management, optimisation, creative production and reporting.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time by telling us in writing at hello@web-excel.com.
• We ask for 15 days' notice so we can hand over cleanly, pause or transfer campaigns properly, and give you the account in good order.
• We may also end the engagement with 15 days' notice.

Refunds

• Work already performed is not refundable. Once a service month has begun and work has started, the fee for that month stands.
• Fees paid in advance for months not yet started are refundable in full, less any work already carried out for that period.
• Advertising spend is never refundable by us. That money goes directly to Google, Meta or another platform, and their own refund rules apply. We never hold your ad budget.
• One-off project work such as a standalone creative package is refundable only for parts not yet started.

If something has gone wrong

If you are unhappy with the work, tell us before you cancel. Email hello@web-excel.com or call +91 99044 82945 and we will look at the account with you. Where we agree the work fell short of what was promised, we will correct it at no charge or agree a fair adjustment with you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of agreement. Bank or gateway timelines may add a few days.

Handover

On cancellation we remove our access from your accounts and leave your campaigns, creatives, pixels and data in place, in your name.
